Payment

◆Paypal

We use the Paypal system.
There is possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan.
If your ordered item is out of stock, we will refund your payment through Paypal.

◆Packing

Before shipment, products are carefully packed and sealed
as possible to avoid damages upon transportation.

◆ SHIPPING

We will ship to world wide by SAL（includes with insurance & a tracking number）

FREE SHIPPING

SAL (Standard Air mail usually takes about 10 to 15 days.) is international mailing service by Japan Post Office.



We will ship your item within 5-7 business days, after your payment.
We can ship ONLY to your Paypal address.

◆Return Policy

We will exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect shipped items.
If you received such, please save the item and the whole package for inspection.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the purchased item.
After seven (7) days from receiving the item,　product is already irreplaceable.
Or if you have used the product,we can't replace the product.

◆ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
